Black Rock Construction is a licensed, Baltimore-based company that specializes in residential and small commercial remodels. Black Rock Construction is owned and operated by Eric Rosengarten, a 2005 Loyola College (now University) graduate. He studied International Business but soon found his home in the construction industry. Working for a developer out of college, Eric learned that he would rather be in the field with a hammer in hand than in an office with a keyboard. Eric brings the business acumen he learned in college along with over ten years of quality and custom home remodeling experience to each and every project. He offers superior customer service, but you don’t have to take his word; he would be happy to provide you with references who can share their experiences with you.

Not only will Black Rock Construction turn your space into the focal point of your home, but they will also make sure to keep the rest of your house clean while doing so. As a father of a two-legged child and a four-legged fur baby, Eric knows the importance of treating your home with respect.

The employees at Black Rock Construction are trained to pay attention to every detail. Eric often pairs up with a local interior designer for larger projects so that the homeowner can design their own projects and have a visual depiction of what the new space will look like. This helps the homeowner not only to picture what the finished product will look like but also helps to maximize the space that is being renovated.
